Senior Value Delivery Engineer (Storage)

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support for hirify.global Keystone Storage as a Service customers, support personnel, and field teams.
• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, software, networking, cloud, and multi-vendor interoperability issues.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, firmware updates, data migrations, rollback procedures, and technical risk mitigation.
• Monitor capacity, performance, latency, IOPS, hardware health, licensing, support contracts, and entitlement status across customer environments.
• Analyze multi-platform logs, identify root causes, communicate risks and security advisories, and collaborate with escalation teams.
• Create knowledge base content and mentor Technical Support Engineers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with networking protocols and storage technologies, including NFS, CIFS, SAN, iSCSI, TCP/IP, and RAID.
• Experience with hirify.global Storage Systems, including ONTAP 9 AFF/ASA/FAS and E-Series, and related management tools.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and cloud environments including Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Strong performance troubleshooting, analytical, customer service, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Fluency in Japanese and English is required. NCDA certification must be obtained within the first 6 months of employment.
