Product Designer (Discovery)

Location: Cyprus, with temporary remote work and future relocation to the Limassol office

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers throughout discovery, from identifying opportunities to validating solutions.
• Translate user feedback, business goals, product requirements, and technical constraints into product improvements.
• Own the end-to-end design process from user flows and wireframes to prototypes, high-fidelity UI, implementation, and post-launch iteration.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data, user research, usability testing, and experimentation to guide decisions and measure feature success.
• Design complex experiences across user states, platforms, screen sizes, and edge cases.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on design systems, specifications, implementation quality, and product consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on web-based products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Strong user-centered and product thinking, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design skills.
• Strong Figma skills and experience with component-based design systems.
• Understanding of front-end development principles and experience collaborating with engineers.
• English at B1/B2 level or higher, sufficient for daily collaboration and presenting design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex, high-traffic B2C products.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-informed design.
• Experience contributing to design systems and design documentation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate product design workflows.
