Product Designer (Monetization)

Location: Cyprus, with temporary remote work followed by relocation to the Limassol office

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from product discovery through solution definition, validation, implementation, and post-launch iteration.
• Translate user feedback, business goals, product requirements, and technical constraints into product improvements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, responsive experiences, and complex edge cases.
• Use user research, product analytics, experimentation, and qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
• Provide detailed design specifications and implementation guidance while ensuring product quality.
• Collaborate with Product Designers on design-system consistency, critiques, documentation, and holistic product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on web-based products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
• Strong user-centered and product thinking, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design skills.
• Strong Figma skills and experience with component-based design systems.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers and independently driving ambiguous problems to shipped, validated solutions.
• English at B1/B2 level or higher for daily collaboration and presenting design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex, high-traffic B2C products.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-informed design.
• Experience contributing to design systems and maintaining design documentation.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate product design workflows.
