hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Expand existing client relationships and develop new relationships in the local community.
• Work with the Managing Principal and Outsourcing Client Service Team to grow business and service offerings.
• Identify opportunities, solve client problems, and close business with strategically targeted accounts.
• Implement sales strategies, prepare client presentations, and represent hirify.global at local and regional networking events.
• Project-manage ongoing client engagements to meet service requirements.
• Track business development targets and sales activities in the CRM.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting experience and industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Client service delivery orientation and experience building professional relationships.
• Ability and motivation to participate in business development initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to earn the confidence and respect of senior executives and team members.
