GenAI Compliance Operations & Programs Associate (AI)

What you will do

• Manage GenAI compliance review workflows from intake and risk assessment through approval, launch, and verification.
• Evaluate compliance signals such as data sensitivity, copyright exposure, privacy concerns, and delivery risk; triage requests for Legal.
• Coordinate Legal, Delivery, Engagement Management, Operations, Product, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Support scalable risk mitigation solutions, operationalize them into repeatable workflows, and monitor adoption and effectiveness.
• Support audit readiness through evidence collection, audit package preparation, remediation tracking, and milestone management.
• Manage access governance, quarterly access reviews, permissions, and operational controls for systems and sensitive datasets.

Requirements

• Must be local to Mexico and have advanced English speaking skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, program management, compliance, or GenAI/technical delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of privacy, copyright, data handling, and basic legal/compliance concepts.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows, triaging risks, prioritizing requests, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience with data tools and dashboards such as Redash, plus basic SQL query skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in GenAI, Trust & Safety, or data compliance environments.
• Familiarity with legal intake processes or direct collaboration with Legal teams.
• Experience designing operational workflows, intake systems, or triage frameworks.
• Exposure to risk assessment and prioritization models.
• Background in Law, Data Science, or Computer Science.
