What you will do
- Manage the external workforce lifecycle from resource creation and contracting through onboarding, transfers, contract completion, and offboarding.
- Coordinate external suppliers, stakeholders, asset collection, and training activities across entities in Greater Asia.
- Maintain external workforce master data in CREW and related HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Monitor data quality, prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, and resolve operational issues within defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Provide Level 2 support through ServiceNow and contribute to process documentation and the knowledge database.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate redundant activities, automate processes, and support smooth implementation of improvements.
Requirements
- Graduate or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Broad understanding of HR processes and activities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external clients and HR teams.
- Strong organization, structured execution, attention to deadlines, and an end-to-end mindset.
- Ability to work accurately with sensitive workforce data and comply with policies and GDPR requirements.
Nice to have
- Hands-on HR experience, preferably in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR and Human Capital Management systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of data privacy rules, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with process improvement.
