Sr. Director, Product Builder (AI)

Location: US - Foster City, CA; office setting required

Salary: $230,500–$369,400 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Build and improve an AI-powered product development platform used by product teams from ideation through production-ready releases.
• Use the toolchain as a daily user to identify friction and rapidly ship improvements.
• Design and launch workflows, AI agents, and platform capabilities with Risk, Legal, Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering.
• Improve the product manager experience across adoption, training, usage, and contribution to the platform.
• Track adoption, usage patterns, and drop-off points to prioritize enhancements and improve productivity.
• Prioritize integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and internal systems to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product from early development through launch.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, workflows, automations, or prototypes.
• Experience working in technical environments, including reading code, using Git, APIs, or command-line tools.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and simplify complex tools for users.
• Experience in a large, regulated, or enterprise environment is beneficial; payments or fintech knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work in the Foster City office; travel required 5–10% of the time.
