Revenue Integrity Analyst

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage the charge master, regulatory code changes, work queues, charge capture, reconciliations, reporting, and analytical trending.
• Identify root causes of charge inefficiencies and develop corrective action plans.
• Evaluate charging practices, maintain the Charge Description Master, and support compliance with coding and billing regulations.
• Analyze billing errors, denials, and claim edits to identify revenue enhancement and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and client leadership on operational improvements, system conversions, and charge capture methodologies.
• Conduct quality assurance, educate stakeholders on best practices, and support client relationships through rounding and site visits.

Requirements

• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
• Experience or knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle operations, charge capture, coding, or billing processes.
• Ability to analyze data trends, billing errors, denials, and claim edits.
• Ability to develop corrective actions, improve processes, and communicate recommendations to multidisciplinary teams.
