What you will do

• Lead billing, cash collections, and accounts receivable best practices for assigned Home Health and Hospice agencies.
• Standardize billing and collection workflows, procedures, performance expectations, and operating practices.
• Support Billers and Billing Managers with billing questions, collections efforts, payor or system issues, and short-term coverage.
• Partner with agency leaders, Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders, Service Center resources, and billing teams to deliver training and reinforce standard work.
• Resolve payor conflicts, claim issues, reimbursement barriers, and cash receipt or bank deposit reconciliation errors.
• Monitor aged accounts receivable, billing notes, cash collections, documentation compliance, revenue adjustments, and other revenue cycle metrics.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
• Knowledge of billing operations, collections, accounts receivable, payor requirements, Medicare, Medicaid, and government billing regulations.
• Ability to analyze performance trends, identify risks, and support corrective action planning.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, collaboration, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment, flexibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work remotely from the USA.
