What you will do

• Analyze collection and open-source data to generate intelligence insights and leads.
• Develop and profile targets, maintain target continuity, and identify techniques for gathering additional information.
• Maintain databases supporting targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps and tailor or enable collection to close them.
• Apply pattern recognition across communications, network usage, and digital footprints.
• Document, contextualize, and share findings and newly developed tradecraft with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Relevant intelligence analysis experience, including target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and familiarity with customer toolsets and databases.
• Required experience: 9 years with a high school or GED diploma, 7 years with an associate degree, 5 years with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or 2 years with a doctorate.
• Collaborative work with government, military, and contractor personnel.

Nice to have

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
