2027 Undergraduate Global Quality Co-Op (6 months) (Manufacturing Quality)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey, USA; three-day-per-week hybrid schedule required

What you will do

• Monitor Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, timelines, deliverables, and improvement effectiveness.
• Support root cause investigations using tools such as Fishbone Diagrams, 5-Why analysis, and process mapping.
• Evaluate defective components, graphics, and formulas during CAPA investigations.
• Communicate quality issues, remediation plans, and status updates to Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Monitor KPI metrics, analyze manufacturing and measurement data, and report statistical findings.
• Research manufacturing processes and recommend improvements, particularly in in-line detection and monitoring technology.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering or another technical discipline, with at least three years of coursework completed; rising seniors preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Minitab.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, prioritize work, and adapt to changing deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn different platforms and reporting processes.
• US work authorization required: US citizen, Green Card holder, or permanent resident.
