Global IT Program Director

Location: Hybrid, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the global workplace technology program across multiple regional and cross-functional workstreams.
• Standardize global IT service delivery, including implementation of a 24x7 outsourced service desk and ITIL-based processes.
• Consolidate multiple ServiceNow instances into a single global platform and define the digital workplace model, including end-user devices, office technology, and management platforms.
• Develop program goals, charters, timelines, RACI matrices, plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, program financial health, and the global IT services chargeback model.
• Coordinate training, change management, steady-state support, issue resolution, and audience-specific program reporting.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in IT program or project management within a large organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer science, or a related field, or a project management certificate.
• Experience running RFP-based vendor selection processes.
• Proficiency in program management methods and tools, with strong organizational and management abilities.
• Experience managing and motivating large, diverse teams.
• Professionalism, self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and an outgoing personality.

• Experience with the ITIL framework.
