TL;DR
Material Handler/Forklift Operator, Nights (Warehouse Logistics): Moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods while loading and unloading freight and maintaining accurate digital inventory records with an accent on forklift operations, ERP transactions, shipment verification, and warehouse safety. Focus on resolving stock discrepancies, conducting cycle counts, maintaining 5S standards, and coordinating with production and cross-functional teams during the night shift.
Location: 250 Chester St, Painesville, OH 44077, USA. Onsite night shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:20 PM–7:30 AM.
Starting pay: $22.47 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential.

What you will do
- Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods between receiving, storage, and production areas.
- Load and unload trucks and tankers and verify shipments against shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Record digital inventory transactions in MFG Pro/ERP systems, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain 5S housekeeping standards, promote safe work practices, and support facility recycling.
- Communicate shift updates, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mathematical and technical aptitude with computer data-entry and ERP proficiency; MFG Pro experience is preferred.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize changing warehouse tasks, and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Commitment to safety rules, SOPs, and accurate, zero-defect inventory handling.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed and successfully complete a post-offer background check and drug screening.
Nice to have
- Three or more years of experience in material handling, shipping and receiving, or warehouse logistics.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles, including ELS/5S.
