Logistics Cost Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor actual logistics spending against operating budgets for cost centers in Singapore, China, and Dubai.
• Manage procurement for warehouse consumables, indirect spend, facility services, equipment maintenance, and other operational needs.
• Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle, including RFQs/RFPs, supplier onboarding, contract negotiations, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering spend velocity, open commitments, forecasts, and cost savings.
• Analyze cost variances, identify root causes, and drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, improve procurement-to-invoice processes, and support sustainability-related cost initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, business, finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or cost control, with a proven record of delivering cost savings.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, and operational skills.
• Experience with internal stakeholder and vendor management.
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Ability to validate billing, follow company policies, and support audit and governance requirements.
