Senior Research Associate (Biology)

What you will do

• Conduct biological characterization of liquids and aerosols associated with electronic nicotine delivery systems.
• Run established biological and plate-based assays to support product development.
• Develop new methodologies for product characterization.
• Follow GLP practices and write and execute standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and manage experimental results.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell or Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
• Six years of relevant industry experience with hands-on laboratory work.
• Experience with basic laboratory procedures, including weighing, quantitative transfers, and volumetric dilutions.
• Hands-on experience with aseptic cell-culture techniques is required.
• Strong communication and data-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GLP, plate-based assays, cytotoxicity testing, and method development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and statistical software such as GraphPad Prism.
