Conformity & Attestation SAP IT Architect

hirify.global develops and manufactures commercial aircraft and provides digital and PLM solutions across its aviation programs.

What you will do

• Define the future architecture for Conformity and Attestation needs and align it with the hirify.global ERP Transformation project.
• Act as the SAP technical reference for the DPCA team, proposing simple and maintainable solutions and sharing technical knowledge.
• Coordinate with the ERP Center of Excellence and audit technical deliverables against quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, shopfloor, and Conformity & Attestation IT operations teams in Hamburg, Toulouse, and Bangalore.
• Support the resolution of production incidents and participate in an on-duty rotation of approximately one week every six to eight weeks.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of SAP, particularly CAIR, AIR, mySI, and E2E CA Reallocation.
• Experience with stakeholder management, autonomous work, adaptability, and customer-focused delivery.
• English is mandatory.
• Availability to work under pressure when aircraft deliveries must be secured.
• Eligibility for or ability to obtain security clearance from the recognized authorities.

Nice to have

• German language skills; French is also appreciated.
• Knowledge of hirify.global tools such as APS, ACS, PDM tools, and ARP.
• Experience in Configuration Management, Conformity, Attestation, Traceability, Special Instruction, CA Reallocation, or Logistics.
• Knowledge of SAFe methodology.
