Senior Manager EHS

Location: On-site in Brønshøj, Denmark; domestic and international travel up to 10–15%.

What you will do

• Lead the EHS function for a combined manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, engineering, and headquarters campus.
• Develop and deploy the site EHS strategy, objectives, and improvement plans in line with Radiometer and hirify.global standards.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, occupational health and safety regulations, permits, audits, and corporate requirements.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, and corporate functions to assess and mitigate risks.
• Lead incident investigations, corrective actions, and Serious Injury & Fatality prevention initiatives.
• Develop EHS team capabilities and strengthen the proactive safety culture through training, engagement, and leadership coaching.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of EHS leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, including stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience with environmental compliance, occupational health and safety programs, governance, auditing, and EHS management systems.
• Experience leading audits, regulatory inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Proven ability to drive cultural change and continuous improvement in large, complex organizations.
• Fluent Danish communication is required. Ability to access manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and construction environments and wear required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with the hirify.global Business System or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
