HSE Officer (f/m/d) (Health and Safety)

Location: Ringkøbing, Denmark

Salary: 60,000–75,000 DKK

What you will do

• Develop the safety culture with a focus on prevention and zero accidents.
• Drive HSE initiatives and support the implementation of HSE strategy and group requirements.
• Coach managers and staff on health and safety, and plan and deliver safety training and onboarding.
• Integrate HSE requirements into projects from start to finish.
• Analyse incidents and near-misses, implement preventive measures, and monitor HSE KPIs.
• Support internal and external audits, collaboration with the health and safety organisation, and environmental and sustainability activities.

Requirements

• Experience in health and safety and environmental management.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001; audit experience is preferred.
• Experience with risk assessments and machinery safety.
• Systematic and data-driven working style with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to challenge existing practices when required to ensure safety.
