Affiliate Reporting Controller - A220 Programme (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Consolidate Make & Buy financial performance for the A220 wing and mid-fuselage.
• Own key P&L and balance sheet elements, including recurring costs, non-recurring costs, free cash flow, unit costs, and inventory.
• Coordinate operating plans and forecasts with plant, functional, and VSM teams.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, commentaries, management information, and end-of-year forecasts.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation actions, and assess investment and business case proposals.
• Partner with VSM leadership, support financial awareness, maintain data integrity, and improve financial control processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience in a complex manufacturing or industrial environment, such as aerospace or automotive.
• Fully qualified accountant status: ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Collaborative business partnering approach with non-finance teams.
• Ability to communicate with and influence finance and operational stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
• Ability to work full time on site in Belfast.
• Successful completion of BPSS and Export Control checks, including a criminal record check.
