What you will do

• Prepare datasets for analytic projects in collaboration with clients, operations, and development staff.
• Analyze data, identify unexpected findings and opportunities, and present insights to the team.
• Support data exploration and the conceptual design of strategic initiatives.
• Define, document, and refine analytical methodologies with Data Scientists and Product Engineers, incorporating beta-client feedback.
• Assist product teams with implementing methodologies and validating their production deployment.
• Share methodologies with clients and peers through presentations, mentoring, and training.

Requirements

• 0 or more years of applicable work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in an office environment, remain stationary for prolonged periods, operate computer software, communicate effectively, and collaborate closely with peers.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, make independent decisions, and maintain attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Coursework in statistics and machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Healthcare data analytics experience, including EHR, claims, or billing datasets.
• Expertise with relational databases.
• Enrollment as a rising junior or senior in a bachelor's degree program or an MBA program.
