What you will do

• Conduct independent financial research and complex analytical projects involving financial modeling and forecasting.
• Build and maintain advanced forecasting models and tools in collaboration with business groups.
• Provide senior management with financial trend data, analysis, and strategic advice.
• Lead projects of moderate scope and share responsibility for team workload, quality, and timeliness.
• Prepare clear written summaries of analytical work and support accurate, high-quality deliverables.
• Train and mentor junior team members and influence peers and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, or an associate's degree and at least 7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, operations, or financial institutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting concepts and principles.
• Proficiency with accounting and finance analysis, modeling, querying, and visualization tools.
• Advanced understanding of financial statements and key balance sheet and income statement drivers.
• Ability to apply complex judgment and maintain accuracy, quality, risk, and regulatory standards.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
