HR Shared Services Specialist (Contract) (Aerospace)

Location: Grand Prairie, TX; Herndon, VA; Mobile, AL; Wichita, KS; Atlanta, GA; or Miami, FL. Work arrangement: 80% onsite and 20% remote. Up to 20% domestic travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $28.00–$34.00 per hour, with geographic differentials possible.

What you will do

• Provide HR support through phone, live chat, and case management channels.
• Process personnel actions for employees, temporary workers, and interns, including onboarding, transfers, employee changes, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in Workday, ServiceNow, e-Verify, and related HR systems.
• Coordinate with HR business partners, HRIS, payroll, compensation and benefits, and expatriation teams.
• Support annual HR cycles, employee awards, engagement activities, orientations, and employment offer activities.
• Manage HR projects, reporting, employee inquiries, and escalations through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of practical Human Resources experience.
• Experience working with IT systems, HR data, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of ADP or Workday; experience with employee data transactions and HR processes.
• Ability to manage multiple employee requests through chat, phone, and in-person communication.
• Ability to work onsite 80% of the time and travel domestically up to 20%.
