What you will do
- Support market access strategy execution across portfolio and pipeline products.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and progress tracking against strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and integrated execution.
- Support market access governance activities and prepare routine meetings.
- Maintain policy, project documentation, and reporting.
- Support capability building and global-local collaboration on access strategy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access or project management.
- Strong understanding of the China healthcare system, market access landscape, and healthcare policies, including NRDL, VBP, and provincial policies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Fluent English and Mandarin, written and verbal.
- Strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
