Manager Compliance Investigations

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Operate the Corporate Integrity Hotline in accordance with the Compliance Charter, Compliance Program, and U.S. Department of Justice Guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve hotline inquiries, misconduct allegations, and reported violations of law in a timely and detailed manner.
• Analyze reported allegations and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership.
• Support high-priority projects requiring the highest level of confidentiality.
• Influence compliance processes and make organizational decisions to achieve results.
• Manage employees, foster team development, and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, plus 5 years of compliance investigation experience; alternatively, 9 years of relevant investigative experience.
• At least 1 year of management or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Ethics & Compliance Hotline operations, metrics, analysis, reporting, and the seven elements of a compliance program.
• Familiarity with governmental agencies including EEOC, Department of Human Rights, CMS, and OIG.
• Experience with policy and procedure documentation, analytical decision-making, independent work, and confidential projects.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately document reported information.

Nice to have

• Law enforcement or military experience.
• Juris Doctorate.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) designation.
• Demonstrated success managing employees, developing teams, and achieving business objectives through leadership.
