Founding Growth Lead (AI)

Location: In-person five days a week in FiDi, San Francisco, or Soho, New York City

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Scale paid digital programs that generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
• Run marketing automation, email segmentation, nurture, and lead-management programs.
• Improve website conversion paths, landing pages, content, tracking, and optimization.
• Measure campaign and channel performance across CRM, website, and attribution systems.
• Develop and distribute content through paid, owned, SEO, and AEO channels.
• Support ABM campaigns and collaborate with sales, content teams, contractors, and specialized partners.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in growth, digital marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology in a sales-led buying process.
• Experience across paid digital, email, website, and content channels.
• Working knowledge of marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and website tracking.
• Understanding of MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue conversion.
• Depth in at least one channel, strong learning ability, and evidence of fast career progression.
