Manager, PD - Bath (Turkey)

Location: Turkey; factory-based with up to 4 days per week on-site at factories and ongoing travel across key sourcing regions

What you will do

• Own and accelerate product development timelines for new products, color and size extensions, vendor transitions, and product refreshes.
• Coordinate development across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and vendor teams.
• Prepare accurate build sheets and technical documentation, and coach vendors through handoffs.
• Manage sample requests, shipments, reviews, revisions, approvals, and product testing.
• Run in-country development trips with Global Merchants and Global Fit teams to resolve issues at the source.
• Coordinate material staging, finished-goods production, photo samples, launch readiness, and product development systems.

Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in product development or factory-facing roles.
• Strong category expertise and direct experience with factories and sample rooms.
• Comfort operating independently on-site and managing heavy ongoing travel.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Clear communication across language, cultural, and functional boundaries.
