What you will do

• Own the end-to-end journey of device services, from product vision and commercial strategy to customer adoption.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and competitive dynamics into scalable growth strategies.
• Build and optimize the sales funnel and channel playbook to improve attachment, retention, and revenue.
• Lead commercial propositions and align Finance, Data, Customer Experience, Technology, Legal, Marketing, Channels, and vendor stakeholders.
• Create forecasts, performance dashboards, and growth action plans covering sales, revenue, churn, ARPU, and attachment.
• Promote test-and-learn practices to improve customer experience and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in product growth, sales, go-to-market, and customer experience.
• Strong product mindset with an understanding of product lifecycle, adoption, and customer retention.
• Experience designing customer experiences and optimizing CX.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and align diverse teams.
• Analytical and creative approach with strong commercial judgment.
• Experience in telecom, fintech, or another fast-paced growth-focused industry.
