TL;DR
Data Validation Analyst (Salesforce/MySQL): Validating and reconciling high-volume revenue data across Salesforce, Data Manager, and downstream customer payment processes with an accent on data quality, auditing, and discrepancy investigation. Focus on identifying root causes, improving validation controls, and increasing the scalability and reliability of revenue data processing.
Location: Hybrid, based out of the New London, Connecticut office, United States

What you will do
- Validate and audit high-volume MAP Revenue data loaded into Salesforce and Data Manager.
- Reconcile records and confirm accurate processing through downstream customer payment systems.
- Query and analyze large datasets to identify discrepancies, anomalies, missing records, and data quality risks.
- Investigate data issues, determine root causes, and coordinate resolution with the Customer Payments team and other stakeholders.
- Load and manage data files in Data Manager as required for revenue processing.
- Improve validation, audit, automation, and data quality control processes for greater scalability and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Database Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience with databases, large datasets, data validation, data quality, or related analytical work.
- Experience with data quality assurance, validation, auditing, or reconciliation.
- Experience querying relational databases using MySQL or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of database structures, relationships, and fundamental database architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention-to-detail, and Microsoft Excel skills.
Nice to have
- Experience validating Salesforce data and records.
- Experience using Python or other scripting languages for data analysis, validation, or automation.
- Experience building or improving data audit and validation processes.
- Experience in financial operations, revenue operations, payments, or high-volume data processing.
