Deployment Manager (AI)

hirify.global is an early-stage AI startup building autonomous agents for procure-to-pay workflows.

What you will do

• Own customer deployments from signed contract through planning, go-live, and confirmed first value.
• Configure and tune autonomous AI agents against real customer cases until they perform reliably in production.
• Translate customer requirements into integration specifications for ERP, DMS, email infrastructure, and related enterprise systems.
• Lead user training, change management, and customer IT discussions, including security and compliance topics.
• Build ticketing, escalation, support, and partner frameworks from scratch, while handling live issues directly.
• Capture recurring challenges and field feedback for weekly input into product and engineering.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in consulting or structured implementation roles delivering complex projects with senior client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and tuning AI agents or autonomous systems in production.
• Native German proficiency and professional English at C1+ level, with the ability to lead technical discussions with IT departments and senior management.
• Experience mapping enterprise processes such as procure-to-pay or order-to-cash to system workflows and integration requirements.
• Technical depth in ERP systems, data integration, and enterprise IT infrastructure sufficient to create engineering specifications.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Background in supply chain, procurement, or industrial operations.
• Daily hands-on use of AI tools and a practical understanding of agent capabilities and limitations.
