Founding Product Role (AI)

Location: On-site five days a week in Berlin-Mitte, Berlin, Germany

Salary: €80,000–€100,000 gross annually

hirify.global is a seed-stage B2B SaaS company building software and AI-powered back-office tools for trades and home services businesses in Germany.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle, from understanding user problems to shipping solutions.
• Translate company goals into product bets, priorities, and tradeoffs.
• Scope, design, and ship features in close collaboration with engineering.
• Build a deep understanding of users, workflows, and real-world constraints.
• Make product decisions under uncertainty and iterate quickly using fast feedback loops.
• Help shape scalable product practices as the company grows.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end product ownership experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to reason about systems and engineering constraints.
• Experience applying AI-first product patterns and using AI tools in product development.
• Strong product judgment, including attention to UX and UI details.
• High ownership, agency, and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.
• Fluent German, spoken and written, is required for the product interface and partner communications; fluent English is required for internal communication.

• Experience building products for crafts, trades, or home services SMBs.
• Side projects or personal builds.
