Software Test Evaluator - Mid-Level - TGAD

What you will do

• Plan, execute, analyze, and report developmental testing for the Field Maintenance software portfolio.
• Develop test plans, procedures, cases, cards, metrics, reports, and strategic test documents.
• Assess system requirements, testability, performance measures, entry and exit criteria, and test limitations.
• Use manual, automated, and performance-testing tools to execute tests and identify system deficiencies.
• Participate in deficiency review boards and provide recommendations on test findings.
• Travel to TDY locations for test execution, data analysis, configuration management, hardware setup, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–10 years of applicable experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to acquire a SECRET security clearance are required.
• Manual testing experience.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and lead or direct the work of others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing, briefings, and formal presentations.
• Availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required by mission needs.

Nice to have

• Current and active SECRET security clearance.
• Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, HP ALM or similar test management systems, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Automated test tools experience.
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and cybersecurity test and evaluation.
