Medical Operations Associate (Clinical Trial Data Sharing)

Location: Remote in Poland, with the ability to travel to and appear at the Warsaw hirify.global site as needed. Travel requirement: 10%–20%.

Minimum annual gross base salary: 100,500 PLN. Annual bonus: 10%.

What you will do

• Manage operational execution of the Enterprise Clinical Trial Data Sharing program from request submission through data package upload.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external clinical trial data requests, reviewing completeness and coordinating follow-up.
• Track request status, identify potential delays, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, databases, and other systems supporting program management.
• Perform quality control on data requests, data package issuance, publication-related documents, and system data according to hirify.global procedures.
• Provide compliance metrics, leadership input, and continuous-improvement recommendations across clinical disclosure operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science, healthcare, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, a full-time pharmaceutical internship, or a closely related area.
• Operational experience in clinical trial management or the pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical, or healthcare industry.
• High fluency in written English and strong functional fluency in spoken English.
• Strong writing, editing, summarization, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Practical AI knowledge is required; experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferred.
