Lead, Trial Delivery Manager

Location: Madrid, Spain; Milan, Italy; or Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid or remote work may be considered depending on location and on a case-by-case basis. Travel up to 15–20% may be required.

Salary: Spain €55,400–€87,860; Italy €48,600–€77,395; Poland PLN 210,000–402,500.

What you will do

• Create and update critical trial-specific documents, including monitoring guidelines, informed consent forms, and investigational medicinal product documentation.
• Set up and manage study vendors, including statements of work, budgets, and day-to-day delivery.
• Coordinate country and regional trial-management activities, feasibility strategy, risk reviews, and local operational challenges.
• Support program-level compound training and contribute to trial-level operational strategies.
• Resolve trial-related issues, develop risk-mitigation plans, and support health authority inspections.
• Improve processes across trials and programs while mentoring and onboarding Trial Management colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in life sciences such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, nursing, or pharmacy.
• At least 4 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Operational knowledge across Phase I–IV studies and the ability to manage multiple aspects of clinical-trial execution.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting multiple aspects of global clinical trials.
• Leadership, decision-making, analytical, financial-management, project-planning, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in global matrixed environments, leading without authority, mentoring or coaching others, and operating with limited supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical trial management systems, clinical trial design, laboratory operations, quality assurance, standard operating procedures, and regulatory compliance.
