What you will do

• Analyze chats and emails handled by VIP Customer Support Agents and VIP Account Managers.
• Provide personalized, high-quality support to VIP customers and act as the main contact for assigned high-value clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Handle inquiries, issues, and escalations across multiple company brands.
• Adapt communication and service standards to each brand’s guidelines while maintaining detailed product and promotion knowledge.
• Provide 24/7 VIP support, including night shifts, and meet response time, customer satisfaction, and retention KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with VIP customers or high-value clients is an advantage.
• Active, proactive, communicative, and people-oriented approach.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to new challenges.
• Availability for flexible schedules and night shifts.
