Manager, Cybersecurity Automation (SOAR/Cybersecurity): Leading the design, development, release, and maintenance of enterprise-wide cybersecurity automation solutions with an accent on security orchestration, automated response, and operational resilience. Focus on delivering complex automation initiatives through the SDLC, leading engineering teams, and integrating scalable solutions with Security Operations, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Enterprise Architecture.

What you will do
- Develop the roadmap for security orchestration, automation, and response capabilities.
- Lead complex cybersecurity automation initiatives from concept through production deployment using the SDLC.
- Oversee the design, development, release, and maintenance of enterprise-wide security automation solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity automation engineers.
- Partner with Security Operations, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Ensure scalable, supportable, reliable, and operationally effective security solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or software development, including experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC frameworks, CI/CD, automated validation and testing, lifecycle governance, and traceability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive delivery across multiple functions.
- Knowledge of security principles, frameworks, standards, best practices, and regulations including ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Tines, Splunk SOAR, CrowdStrike Fusion SOAR, or Microsoft Sentinel SOAR.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
