Project Coordinator (Embedded Computing)

What you will do

• Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and actions.
• Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to support timely completion.
• Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and internal departments on orders and deliveries.
• Produce KPI and project performance reports and maintain project-status dashboards.
• Support project reviews, audits, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional and proactive approach to work.
