Site IT Operations Coordinator & Asset Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Krakow, Poland; on-site support for the local engineering center

hirify.global develops aerospace products and operates an engineering center in Poland focused on commercial aircraft engineering and propulsion systems.

What you will do

• Coordinate IT support activities for the Kraków center and act as the local IT focal point.
• Manage hardware assets, ownership, leasing, stock, consumables, device enrollment, and hardware provisioning.
• Provision software packages and upgrades while maintaining local infrastructure in operational condition.
• Monitor system performance against OLAs and SLAs and manage security exception requests.
• Perform ITIL-based incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management processes.
• Diagnose system failures, supervise backups, lead disaster recovery tests, and propose reliability improvements.

Requirements

• IT or engineering degree.
• 3–5 years of professional IT experience.
• Knowledge of IT asset management, logistics, leasing, and stock management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations, business continuity, ITIL, and technical support.
• Fluent English required.
• Resilience, stress tolerance, cross-functional communication, attention to detail, and an optimization mindset.
