Network Operations Engineer (Cisco/SD-WAN)

Location: Warsaw office, Poland; hybrid work with in-person presence when needed

What you will do

• Monitor the performance and availability of global network infrastructure and resolve issues quickly.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed timelines.
• Manage network infrastructure patching and software upgrades according to vendor best practices.
• Maintain configuration, process, and operational documentation, including handbooks and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with core and cloud network teams on infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in network infrastructure operations.
• Experience with one or more of Cisco DNA, SD-WAN, ISE, Wi-Fi, or Check Point firewalls.
• Comfortable written and verbal English communication is required.
• Ability to support global network operations and participate in rotational after-hours coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience with CATO, Aviatrix, or Cloudflare.
• Experience with SolarWinds or Datadog monitoring tools.
