What you will do

• Maintain accurate and reliable CMDB configuration items and relationships across the enterprise.
• Manage asset and configuration item lifecycles from onboarding through updates and retirement.
• Improve data quality through audits, gap remediation, and governance enforcement.
• Use ServiceNow and discovery tools to automate asset and configuration data management and improve dependency visibility.
• Define and enforce SACM processes with EUC, network, infrastructure, and application domain owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in service management, operations management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including class modelling, CSDM, CMDB population methods, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, manual data governance, and CMDB health.
• Experience managing Service Asset and Configuration Management processes in medium- to large-scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business and technical requirements into effective CMDB models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on data quality and collaboration across infrastructure, applications, security, and ITSM teams.
