Senior Medical Advisor (Cardiovascular)

Location: United Kingdom; flexible home working with regular office work in Cambridge or Uxbridge

What you will do

• Provide medical leadership across the cardiovascular portfolio as the local medical expert.
• Co-lead cross-functional brand strategy and translate global and regional priorities into UK and Ireland plans.
• Engage external experts, professional organizations, and other stakeholders to strengthen scientific partnerships.
• Support evidence generation, company-sponsored studies, investigator-sponsored study proposals, and research site selection.
• Partner with Marketing and Value & Access teams on lifecycle planning and patient access initiatives.
• Lead assigned team members through coaching, performance development, capability building, and resource planning.

Requirements

• Degree educated with medical affairs experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
• Experienced Pharmaceutical Physician with proven experience as a final ABPI signatory.
• Ability to work independently, apply strategic thinking and commercial acumen, and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to work flexibly from home while attending the Cambridge or Uxbridge office regularly.
• Cardiovascular product or therapeutic-area knowledge is preferred.
