Medical Governance Manager (MedTech)

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom; from mid-2026, the office will move to central Maidenhead.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain the UK medical governance framework under the ABPI Code of Practice.
• Act as an ABPI signatory by reviewing and certifying materials.
• Update standard operating procedures and guidance documents in response to regulatory and business changes.
• Develop and deliver compliance training, briefings, and guidance for cross-functional teams.
• Lead monitoring and oversight activities, establish metrics, track performance, and drive remediation.
• Provide advice on Code interpretation, manage risk assessments, coordinate investigations and corrective actions, and support regulatory interactions.

Requirements

• Experience working with the ABPI Code of Practice.
• Ability to register as an ABPI signatory in the UK as a medical doctor or UK pharmacist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience updating SOPs and creating training materials.
• Experience delivering training or presentations to large audiences.
• High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
