Focus on coordinating pharmacovigilance partners, drafting and negotiating agreements, supporting audits and inspections, and improving compliance processes across the UK/EU regulatory landscape.
Location: United Kingdom; remote work is supported, with hybrid collaboration encouraged for employees living within a reasonably short commute of a office.

What you will do
- Coordinate and oversee Local Contact Person Responsible for Pharmacovigilance (LPPV) networks, including vendor oversight, stakeholder engagement, governance support, and process improvements.
- Set up and routinely update Pharmacovigilance System Master Files (PSMFs) and associated annexes.
- Serve as an LPPV in line with the applicable role description.
- Draft, review, and negotiate Safety Data Exchange Agreements (SDEAs), Pharmacovigilance Services Agreements (PVSAs), and Statements of Work.
- Draft and review Pharmacovigilance Management Plans and support client audits and inspections.
Requirements
- BSc degree or higher in life sciences or a related industry discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical or post-marketing pharmacovigilance.
- At least 2 years of experience in alliance management.
- Thorough understanding of the UK/EU pharmacovigilance and regulatory landscape.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, planning, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams.
