Construction Project Manager II (CSA) - Mission Critical

Location: Dallas, United States; travel for projects required

What you will do

• Administer assigned construction projects and project management phases under supervision.
• Participate in owner and client sales presentations, design development, budget preparation, and scheduling.
• Help prepare and control budgets, schedules, bid documents, profit projections, and project status reports.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts while sharing job cost responsibility with the supervising Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Coordinate jobsite meetings and manage project close-out, including punch lists, final costs, billing, and fee collection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in the mission critical industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel for projects.
• Verification of employment eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
• Understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other project management tools.
