What you will do

• Lead a team conducting routine microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and sterilization validation.
• Qualify, requalify, and maintain microbiology testing instruments.
• Validate and revalidate microbiological test methods.
• Investigate out-of-specification results and support critical system deviation investigations.
• Review test reports, sterility assurance records, and laboratory data integrity.
• Support the creation and revision of microbiology SOPs while ensuring EHS compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
• Knowledge of sterilization validation and sterility assurance documentation.
• Experience with instrument qualification, test method validation, and OOS investigations.
• Ability to lead a laboratory team and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Commitment to environmental, health, and safety policies.
