What you will do

• Set and evolve the global content strategy, editorial point of view, and priority narratives for CFO, treasury, and finance audiences.
• Lead flagship content from insight and briefing through writing, editing, production, distribution, and performance analysis.
• Shape thought leadership, product storytelling, customer proof, campaigns, executive narratives, reports, scripts, and video.
• Build a scalable production system that repurposes strong ideas into multiple formats while maintaining editorial quality.
• Lead and develop a distributed team across London, Dubai, and New York, including content, writing, production, and video specialists.
• Connect content with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Communications, SEO, and Web to influence audience growth, product consideration, and pipeline.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading content in B2B technology, fintech, financial services, or another complex category.
• Experience building or significantly evolving a content operation.
• A strong portfolio covering editorial, thought leadership, campaigns, executive storytelling, and video.
• Exceptional editorial judgment and the ability to simplify complex subjects, improve drafts, and maintain high standards.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across locations and time zones.
• Strong knowledge of content distribution, SEO, audience development, commercial measurement, and practical AI-enabled content workflows.
