Airline Sourcing Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Based in Spain; remote work is provided, with travel and hotel site visits as assigned

What you will do

• Conduct market research, property analysis, and market RFPs for airline and cruise line crew accommodations, distressed passengers, and universal rates.
• Negotiate hotel and transport RFP terms, rates, and fee agreements.
• Complete contracting for distressed passenger hotels and transport, as well as universal-rate agreements.
• Monitor assigned hotel markets, analyze price changes, and identify risks, savings, and revenue opportunities.
• Prepare pricing comparisons, market intelligence reports, hotel and transport options, and client presentations.
• Build vendor relationships, coordinate handovers with internal teams, and conduct hotel site visits when assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the aviation and hospitality industries.
• Strong negotiation, financial analysis, prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused partnership-building abilities.
• High-level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ability to learn new platforms and tools.
