Family Nurse Practitioner- Float (Full benefits including Flex Time)-- Florida

Location: FL-Port Richey, Florida; travel to other locations within the state and/or region is required.

Salary: $57.00–$76.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Cover shifts for absent teammates and open positions on short notice.
• Travel between health center locations and adapt to different work settings.
• Collaborate with different teams and maintain continuity of procedures, follow-through, and task transitions.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number is preferred and may be required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred.
• Flexible scheduling and travel to other locations within the state and/or region are required.
