Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, or hybrid/onsite in Austin, Texas; travel up to 20% required.

Base pay: $145,000–$195,000/year, plus equity grants and cash bonuses.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the sales and technical collateral library across the AIOps platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions.
• Turn technical input from product managers and data scientists into polished presentations, graphics, diagrams, and other decision-ready assets.
• Align product messaging with Communications and adapt content for technical evaluators and senior government decision-makers.
• Support industry and government conferences, including attendance planning, registration, booth setup, and collateral readiness.
• Develop technical content such as blog posts and track customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, communications, or related field.
• 6+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing experience, preferably with enterprise, government, or technical B2B products.
• Working understanding of AI/machine learning, AIOps, and agentic AI or orchestration concepts.
• Strong portfolio of written and visual collateral, including decks, one-pagers, or briefs.
• Ability to translate incomplete technical input into polished output and communicate value to technical and non-technical senior audiences.
• Must be a US person: a US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to public-sector, defense, or mission-driven government buyers.
• Prior experience as a product manager, data scientist, ML engineer, or solutions architect.
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience producing technical blogs, case studies, or tutorials.
