IM/Cybersecurity Internal Auditor (Cybersecurity)

Location: Toulouse Area, based in Blagnac, France; frequent business travel required

What you will do

• Conduct corporate audits assessing information management and cybersecurity risks across hirify.global divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates.
• Evaluate organizational structures, governance frameworks, processes, and control effectiveness.
• Define audit scopes and objectives and provide expert input on key business risks.
• Prepare structured, evidence-based analyses and concise reports in English for senior management.
• Present findings to operational management, secure agreement on corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
• Collaborate with audit colleagues and expert teams on combined audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of progressive internal audit experience in a corporate environment or leading consulting/advisory firm.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, Part IS, COBIT, and CIS Controls.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, synthesize information, and communicate conclusions clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluent English is compulsory for written and verbal communication.
• Integrity and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, transnational environment.
• Ability to understand regulatory frameworks, including domestic and international trade law and export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Professional qualifications such as ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP, DORA, or CRISC.
