Senior Program Manager (Defense)

What you will do

• Provide strategy for planning and executing development and production programs.
• Manage program costs and adherence to technical and schedule performance plans.
• Manage program risks and opportunities.
• Interface directly with customers as required.
• Oversee multiple related projects and their cumulative performance across time, quality, cost, and as-bid gross margin.
• Support decision-making independently and serve as a formal mentor or escalation point for junior staff.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of program management experience.
• Minimum Secret Security Clearance is required.
• Ability to handle export-controlled material or obtain relevant security clearance as required by the role.
• Independent judgment and significant professional experience in program management.
